Am nächsten Tag fahren wir weiter in Richtung Nordwesten die Insel Kornat entlang. Hier passieren wir eine kleine Kapelle am Meeresufer. Diese Bild zeigt die Linien der Felsformation auf Kornat, von denen im vorigen Kapitel die Rede war.
Next morning we carry on Northwest along Kornat Island, passing here a small seaside chapel. This picture shows the lines of the rock formation on Kornat described in the previous chapter.

... aber die Wolken sind eine Augenweide. Wir fahren an der Nordwestküste der Insel Kornat vorbei und dann herum zur Südostküste der nächsten Insel, Dugi Otok.
... but the clouds are magnificent as we travel along the NW coast of Kornat and around to the SE coast of the next island, Dugi Otok.
Wir fahren eine kurze Strecke die Küste von Dugi Otok entlang bis zum gutgeschützen Hafen von Sali. Sali ist ein bunte Kleinstadt auf der attraktiven Touristeninsel. Stefan und ich gehen auf Erkundungstour.
We continue a short way along the coast of Dugi Otok Island to the well-protected harbour at Sali. Sali is a colourful small town on the attractive tourist island. Stefan and I go off for a round of inspection.

Wir spazieren auf dem Küstenweg zurück mit Blick auf die Inseln Unglian und Pašman und dahinter die Festlandküste. Es ist immer noch sehr windig und die vielen Plätze für Sonnenbadende am Ufer sind menschenleer.
We walk back along the coast, looking across to the islands of Unglian and Pašman between us and the mainland coast. There is still plenty of wind and the many spots for sunbathers along the shore are deserted.
Wir biegen um die Ecke, um den Rundgang am Hafen zu beenden, und sehen mit Interesse, wie die kleine Kapelle mit Girlanden geschmückt wird, vermutlich in Vorbereitung für eine Hochzeit am nächsten Tag.
We turn the corner to make a roundtrip back to the harbour, and are interested to see that the small chapel is being decorated with garlands, presumably for tomorrows wedding.
